WRYKE - Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using wryke.co and purchasing any services from Wryke, a DBA of HOOKDS LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

Wryke provides video ad creative services for service-based businesses, including custom scripts, how-to-film guides, professional editing, professional videography add-ons, and Meta ad setup and optimization add-ons. Services are one-time and project-based. Wryke does not offer subscription or retainer services.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and payment is due in full at purchase. Current pricing: 1 Creative $197, 3 Creatives $497, 5 Creatives $797, Filming Add-On $300 for 1-3 creatives or $500 for 5 creatives, Ad Optimization Add-On $297, $497, or $697 depending on package.

4. Delivery

Your finished ad creative will be delivered within 3-5 business days of Wryke receiving your video clips. Delivery timelines begin only after all required footage has been received.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information during the strategy call.
• Film and submit footage in a reasonable timeframe.
• Follow the filming guide and shot list.
• Respond to communications in a timely manner.
• Own or have rights to all materials provided to Wryke.

6. Performance Guarantee and Refund Policy

If your ad does not generate leads after being run, you may be eligible for a refund of your creative fee. You must have purchased the Ad Optimization add-on, run the ad with a minimum budget of $15 per day for at least 14 days without pausing or modifying it, followed Wryke instructions, and submitted the refund request within 30 days of the ad going live.

Filming add-on fees are non-refundable once the shoot has been completed. Ad optimization fees are non-refundable if the add-on was used to launch and manage the ad.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the rights to the final delivered ad creative. Wryke may use your ad creative for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Ad Optimization Terms

If you purchase Ad Optimization, Wryke will set up, launch, and manage your Meta ad until the creative fatigues. You are responsible for funding your own Meta ad account. Results vary by industry, location, offer, and market.

9. Filming Add-On Terms

If you purchase filming, a Wryke-contracted videographer will be dispatched to your location. You are responsible for a suitable filming location, availability, and permissions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wryke and HOOKDS LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Wryke's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wryke, HOOKDS LLC, and their agents from claims arising out of your use of services or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes are subject to the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

13. Changes to Terms

Wryke may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
